Water Electrolyzer

The Water Electrolyzer is a Modular Powersuits modification for the Power Helmet.

By installing one LV Transformer, the helmet will jolt the water around the player in order to create air bubbles. This modification requires 1 Joule of energy every time it is activated, and it activates automatically when the player runs out of oxygen while underwater. The oxygen bar is completely refilled after being depleted when this mod is installed, as long as there is sufficient power in the helmet.
