Railgun (Modular Powersuits)

Not to be confused with Railgun (ICBM).

The Railgun is an upgrade for the Power Tool that can be maxed in the Tinker Table to large amounts of damage with a powerful knockback. The Railgun is a cheaper alternative than the Plasma Cannon, however it is still really effective. When fully tinkered it can take out a creeper in one shot and it does devastating damage to targets wearing weak armor like iron. To make full use of the knockback install Gliders or a Parachute to negotiate fall damage; this can also been done by adding Shock Absorbers to the Power Armor Feet.

Trivia

• The recoil in the Railgun is enough to be used as a make-shift form of flying when aimed at the ground.
