The In-Place Assembler is a module added to the Power Tool. It aims to provide full crafting capabilities no matter how far you are from your base/outpost.
To open it, right-click while the crosshair isn't selecting anything that will trigger an action or a GUI (e.g. a wall, the ground, etc.) This will bring up the crafting table's GUI, allowing you to make anything you need on the fly.
Crafting
This module is installed by having a Control Circuit (the Powersuit kind, not Mekanism) and a vanilla Crafting Table in your inventory along with your Power Tool.
