The Wind Turbine is a Mekanism generator. It uses the wind to generate varying amounts of power, depending on the height of the turbine.

The wind turbine requires a 1x1x5 block space to be placed, but more is recommended as any blocks that are blocking the propellers lower the speed of generation.

It's output is the bottem block on the side with the propellers.

Crafting

The Basic Circuit can be replaced with a Control Circuit.

GUI

In the middle, the black panel shows:

Line 1: Energy currently stored in it's internal buffer.

Line 2: Power of the wind. (Increased by placing turbine at higher heights.)

Line 3: Output power voltage.

Line 4: Appears as a warning if the sky is blocked.

The slot at the right accepts batteries or handheld devices and powers them up using it's generated energy directly.

Finally the Bar at right is the internal energy buffer Indicator.
