The launcher control panel is required for the launch of Missiles from the ICBM mod. Coordinates of the target are fed in here.
The Control Panel must be hooked to the middle of either flat sides of a Launcher Platform. Every Control Panel allows inputting basic X and Z coordinates of the target. The launcher is activated when a redstone signal is applied to the powered control panel, firing the missile.

Power Requirements
These requirements are for one launch.
- Tier 1 needs 400kJ
- Tier 2 needs 60kJ (although this is probably a mistake in the mod and should become 600kJ)
- Tier 3 needs 800kJ
