Raw Blast Proof Walling has no resistance to explosion at all and will destroyed by creepers. A player can break the block with their fists but doing so will make it not drop anything, to get it to drop use any pickaxe.
Raw blast proof walling is required to craft Blast Proof Walling, which has a very high Blast Resistance.
