Restricted pipes are pipes designed to be used with only one liquid. This may prevent them from accepting all liquid. However, with the trade off you get increase liquid flow and higher storage volume for the liquid. Some pipes also have extra effect for the liquid for example the lava pipe will not take damage from lava use.
