Thermometer block takes the temperature of a Fission Reactor block next to it every tick. you can set the "warn" to any number in increments of 10 or 100 by right clicking or shift right clicking to go down and with a wrench in hand to go up. If the Fission Reactors temperature reaches the "warn" the thermometer will emit a redstone signal.
