The Coercion Deriver is one of the machines made available by the Modular Force Field System mod. It is primarily used to generate Fortron from electricity, but is also capable of converting Fortron back into electricity.
A Coercion Deriver is designed to work in conjunction with a Fortron Capacitor to charge the Fortron Capacitor with Fortron energy.
Usage
To generate Fortron, connect the Coercion Deriver to an electricity supply (the input can be on any side) and activate it using a Redstone signal.
Once powered and activated, the Coercion Deriver will change from red to blue and begin generating Fortron.
A Coercion Deriver may be linked to other MFFS machines, such as a Fortron Capacitor, by setting its frequency number to match that of the other machines. This can be achieved either by:
- Right-clicking the Deriver and entering the desired frequency number into its GUI screen, or
- Shift-right-clicking the Coercion Deriver while holding a Frequency Card.

Notes
Like other MFFS machines, the Coercion Deriver can only be broken by shift-right-clicking on it with a Wrench.
The Coercion Deriver can be activated without the need for a Redstone signal by clicking the Redstone Torch button in the top-left corner of its GUI.
