Blast proof glass is just like normal glass, only it isn't destroyed in explosions. In order to make blast proof glass, you will need 6 pieces of glass block, and 3 glass proof walls and a crafting table. Simply put the glass on each side, and the walls in the middle, as shown below. For each set of glass/walls you use, you will get 5 blast proof glass blocks.
It should also be noted that Blast Proofing does not appear to stop antimatter or red matter ICBM's
