Thermometer block takes the temperature of a Fission Reactor block next to it every tick. you can set the critical warning temperature to any number in increments of 10 or 100 by right clicking or shift right clicking to go decrease and with a Wrench in your hand to increase the critical warning temperature. The default temperature is 2000 Celsius.
If the Fission Reactors temperature reaches the "warn" the thermometer will emit a redstone signal. This can be connected to a Siren to trigger an alarm, as well as a piston system to automatically move a Control Rod adjacent to the reactor in order to cool it.
