Yellowcake is an item involved in the production of Uranium Hexafluoride, which is then refined to Enriched Uranium or Breeding Uranium. It can then be used to make a Fissile Fuel Rod.

Yellowcake is made by putting Uranium Ore into a Chemical Extractor along with Water.
